Antares OS is a Company Operating System platform. We use your own AI provider key (BYOK) for all AI features, so your AI conversations go directly from our servers to Anthropic on your account, not ours. We store your business data (North Star, Growth & Delivery, AI employee chats, Scorecard metrics) in Supabase, encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't sell your data. We don't train AI models on it.
When you chat with an AI employee, your messages are combined with your organisation's OS context (North Star, Growth & Delivery, Scorecard) into a system prompt and sent to Anthropic via your own API key. The response streams back to your browser. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy and your agreement with them.
We do not send your AI conversations to any third party other than the AI provider whose key you supplied.
All data is stored in Supabase (Postgres) on US-based servers. Row- Level Security (RLS) policies ensure no organisation can read another's data. Backups are encrypted and retained per Supabase's default policy.
For therapy practices using the Therapy OS module: Antares OS is currently not HIPAA-compliant. Do not enter Protected Health Information (PHI) — including patient names, session notes, diagnoses, or any patient-identifying details — into the platform. The Therapy OS module is for business operations (marketing, hiring, finance), not clinical record- keeping.
You can export, modify, or delete any of your data at any time from inside the product. To delete your account entirely, email support@antaresos.app and we'll do it within 30 days.
